Packages will be sent by 48h Correos Express service for a cost of 5€ (except Canary Islands).

Europe 7.55-18.10 € depending on weight.
Worldwide: 20 €

Your order will ship within 2-5 working days after payment is completed. Once your order is shipped you will receive a notification via email with the tracking number of your parcel.

We kindly ask you to verify the shipping address, as we cannot be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS AND CUSTOM FEES:

Custom fees may apply for some international countries and since we cannot provide you an accurate information regarding such fees, we highly recommend you to get such information before placing your order.
We remind you that custom fees are the buyers responsibility.

RETURNS:

Worn earrings, bracelets, rings and necklaces can unfortunately not be returned due to hygienic reasons. An item that does not meet the requirements may be exchanged for the same value or a coupon within 14 days after receiving your package. If you want a refund the package must be send back to us within 14 days with shipping costs borne by the buyer. Once we have received and checked the correct condition of the product, we will refund the amount, which will take between 3-7 days to be refunded. The shipping costs in this case are to be paid by the client.
