Care is crucial to ensure your jewelry lasts longer and stays in better condition. If you take care of our products, the gold plating will last a long time. Perfume, sea water, chlorine, and soap can cause discoloration, so try to keep your jewelry away from excessive steam and humidity.
We recommend storing the pieces in an oxygen-free plastic bag to preserve their shine and to keep them separate to prevent scratching
Our pieces are presented in organic cotton bags inside a cardboard box so that they arrive protected. If you are purchasing multiple gifts, please indicate this in the order notes so that we can prepare them in separate bags. If you want a more special wrapping, when you complete your order you will have the option to add a cardboard box for your earrings, rings, necklaces, or bracelets at a price of 1.50 € per unit.

An item that does not meet your requirements can be exchanged for the same value or for a coupon within 14 days of receiving your package.
If you would like a refund, the package must be returned to us within the first 14 days. Once we have received and verified that the product is in good condition, we will process the refund, which will take 3-7 days to be credited. In this case, shipping costs will be assumed by the buyer.
