The acceptance of Mandum’s privacy policy (hereinafter “Privacy Policy”), is a necessary condition for the use of our website, an online store for the purchase of costume jewelry and women’s jewelry, clothing and accessories (hereinafter the “Service”).

Mandum will use the data collected for:
• Manage, provide and update the Service (being the legal basis our legitimate interest in maintaining and keeping the Service up to date and in good condition).

Mandum does not use automated decisions, although it can generate basic profiles of the users, being the legal basis our legitimate interest for commercial purposes and to provide personalized offers.

It may also share statistics and demographic information about users and their use of the Service with third parties. But none of this will allow those third parties to identify you
5.1- In e-mails and contact forms
The service’s website has a TLS encryption that allows the user to send his/her personal data securely through standard contact forms.
The personal data collected will be automatically processed and incorporated into the corresponding files of the register of processing activities and of which Mandum is the owner.
In that sense:

Mandum has profiles in some of the main social networks, being responsible for the processing of the data published in them (for example, photos uploaded by Mandum showing people’s faces).
The treatment that Mandum will carry out with the data within each of the referred networks will be, at most, the one that the social network allows to the corporate profiles.
Therefore, Mandum will be able to inform, when the law does not forbid it, our followers by any way that the social network allows about its activities or offers, as well as to provide a personalized customer service.
In no case Mandum will extract data from social networks, unless it was obtained punctually and expressly the consent of the user to do so.

When you participate in promotional activities organized exclusively by Mandum, the data you provide will be treated only by us for the purpose indicated in the statement of the action and its corresponding legal conditions.
6- Data conservation
The following indicates how long the data processed by the Service is kept:
• Disaggregated data will be kept without a deletion period.
• Customer data will be kept for the minimum necessary, and may be kept until:
• 5 years, according to article 1964 of the Civil Code (personal actions without special term).
• 6 years, according to art. 30 of the Commercial Code (accounting books or invoices, for example).
• The data of users uploaded by Mandum to its social networks will be kept since the user offers his consent, or the data has been uploaded according to Mandum’s legitimate interest, until he withdraws it.
• The data of the users who request a demonstration of the Service will be kept since the user accepts the sending of commercial communications until he opposes them.
