Unfortunately, used earrings, bracelets, rings, and necklaces cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. An item that does not meet your requirements can be exchanged for the same value or for a coupon within 14 days of receiving your package. If you want a refund the package must be send back to us within 14 days with shipping costs borne by the buyer. Once we have received and verified that the product is in good condition, we will process the refund, which will take 3-7 days to be credited. In this case, shipping costs will be assumed by the buyer.

Countries outside the EU: The customer shall be fully responsible for checking that all applicable duties and taxes will be charged to them directly. Returning products from outside the EU means that duties will be charged. We recommend clarifying the cost with the courier company at the time of returning the package to get a full picture of the costs involved. If customs duties/taxes have not been paid and Mandum is asked to pay additional taxes upon arrival of your returned goods, we will deduct this from the amount to be refunded.

Mandum is not responsible for packages that cannot reach our warehouse.

If the carrier has charged you customs duties or import taxes upon receipt of the package, these costs will not be refunded if you return your order. These fees are paid to your local carrier or the government and are not collected by Mandum.
